Limited Usage Rights of images from  Mdozaphotography

When you receive your retouched images from the online download, there are some things you should be aware of when it comes to the rights to use them. Because they are photos of you, you may think you have the copyright to them. That is not the case.

Photographers by law own all copyrights to these images.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the photographer, you may NOT do the following when receiving your retouched images from Mdozaphotography:

- Sell the images for profit
- Sell the rights to the images to a magazince or any other publication or possible sponsors
- Edit the images and then publicly post them

Here is what you ARE permitted to do with the retouched images you receive from Mdozaphotography:

- Print Unlimited photos, ideal for headshots, business cards, portfolio, comp-cards
- Publicly post watermarked images only
- Use the images to promote yourself as a professional
